Minimum standards are the baseline requirements Texas uses to regulate licensed child-care operations. They help protect children’s health, safety, and well-being and give parents a clear way to understand what licensed care is expected to provide.

Connect Kids is preparing to open in December 2026 as a Texas licensed daycare for 2s, 3s, and 4-year-olds. As we prepare, these standards help guide our planning for classrooms, staffing, safety routines, Procare communication, and family expectations.

Where we are in the process
Connect Kids is currently preparing for a December 2026 opening. Some public inspection or operation-specific records may not be available until licensing and opening milestones are complete. We will keep families updated as those milestones progress.
